Shipping policy

Most Iris & Dill products are digital and delivered electronically, so there’s usually nothing to wait for in the mail. Here you’ll find information about accessing your purchase, downloading your files, and what to expect after placing an order.

Digital Delivery

Iris & Dill specializes in digital, editable event templates. Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, no physical item will be shipped to you.

After your payment is successfully completed, your digital purchase will be available through the order confirmation page and sent to the email address provided during checkout.

For editable Canva products, your download will typically include a PDF containing the link to your Canva template along with instructions for accessing and editing your design.

Accessing Your Purchase

Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct.

Digital orders are fulfilled automatically. Squarespace provides customers with a download link after purchase. These links are time-limited, but if your original link expires, Squarespace can provide a refreshed download link through the email address used for your order.

We recommend downloading and saving your purchased files shortly after checkout.

If you don't see your order or download email, please:

  1. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

  2. Confirm that you are checking the email address used during checkout.

  3. Contact Iris & Dill below if you still cannot access your purchase.

Canva Templates

Some Iris & Dill products are edited through Canva. A free Canva account may be required to access and personalize the template.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, printing services are not included with your purchase. You are responsible for downloading your finished design and arranging any home or professional printing you would like.

Iris & Dill is not responsible for delays, outages, account issues, or changes caused by Canva, Squarespace, a printing provider, or another third-party service.

Physical Products

At this time, Iris & Dill primarily offers digital products. If physical products are added in the future, shipping information specific to those items will be included in their individual product listings and this policy will be updated as needed.
