How will I receive my purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive access to your digital download through the order confirmation page and the email address provided at checkout.
For editable Canva products, your download will typically include a PDF with a link to your template and instructions for accessing it.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. Iris & Dill editable templates are designed to work with a free Canva account unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
What can I edit?
Editable options vary by product, but most templates allow you to personalize details such as names, dates, times, locations, RSVP information, and wording.
Some artwork or design elements may be locked to preserve the original design.
Can I edit my template on my phone?
Yes. Canva can be used through a web browser or the Canva mobile app, although a desktop or laptop may be easier for more detailed editing.
Does my template expire?
Your Iris & Dill template does not have a set expiration date unless otherwise stated. Once you add the template to your Canva account, we recommend keeping a copy saved there and downloading your finished files for your records.
How do I print my template?
Once you’re finished editing, download your completed design from Canva and print it at home or through a professional printing service.
For most professional printing, Canva’s PDF Print format is recommended.
Can I send my finished design digitally?
Yes. You can download your finished design as a JPG, PNG, or PDF and send it to your guests by text, email, or another personal messaging method.
Can I share the Canva template link?
No. Editable template links and source files are for the purchaser’s personal use only.
You may share your finished design with guests or provide the completed file to a printer, but the editable template itself may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Can I return or exchange a digital product?
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally final.
